Occupational Tax Certificate:
Business in the city limits of Sugar Hill are required to apply for an Occupational Tax Certificate (a.k.a Business License) yearly. The function of the Planning and Development Department is to promote and enhance the well-being of businesses, visitors, property owners, and residents of Sugar Hill.
