Citizen Report Form

As stewards of our community we all should report accidental spills, abandoned waste, illegal dumping, illicit connections, hot spots and clogged catch basins.

Reporting individuals and businesses that pollute local and regional waterways is important to help keep our waters clean and free from pollution.

To report illegal dumping or discharges into the municipal storm water system please call the Dept of Planning and Development at 770-945-6734 or email the P&Z Director, Kaipo Awana .

Please include the following information for your report to the City

Location : (Address, Street Name, Intersection, Etc...)

Complete Description of the problem:

 

 

 

What to look for:

  • Damaged Pipes,

  • Illegal Dumping into Storm Drains (Landscape debris, grass clippings, construction debris, chemicals, oil, etc�),

  • Water Leaks,

  • Flooding, Easement Maintenance,

  • Drainage Problems,

  • Sanitary Sewer Overflow
