The City of Sugar Hill Gas Department has contracted with the third party vendor, Sallie Mae, to process gas utility payments made electronically via ACH (e-checking) or credit card (MasterCard, Discover, American Express). A convenience fee of 3% of the total amount paid will be charged by Sallie Mae to process your electronic payment. This fee is not collected by or remitted to the City of Sugar Hill. If you do not wish to pay the 3% convenience fee, payments may still be made by cash, check, or money order via the mail, drop box locations, or in person at Sugar Hill City Hall, 4988 West Broad Street. The electronic payment site will only reflect a summary of your utility bill. Payments since your last bill will not be shown on this site and your balance will not change until your next billing statement is generated.

Only payments made through the electronic billing website may be tracked through the payment history page of the site.
