If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place to work out, check out the E Center Gym in the City of Sugar Hill. The fitness center located at 5009 West Broad Street in Downtown Sugar Hill has a basketball court, an indoor six-layered padded walking and running track, treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, row machines, free weights, and a multi-use strength gym. It’s also known for its variety of classes tailored for every age, workout preference and fitness level!

Free parking is available in the E Center deck (accessible via West Broad Street) below the
building, along Broad Street, and in the City Hall parking deck. Additional overflow parking is
available along West Broad Street, Temple Drive, and Hillcrest Drive.

The gym is available for open play:

Mon – Sat: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sun: noon – 6 p.m.

The cost for use of the gym during open play is $2/person.

Locks and locker contents must be removed before leaving the E Center each day.

Sugar Hill’s award-winning E Center offers a variety of spaces for special events, meetings, workshops, and sports events. Located in the heart of downtown Sugar Hill, the E Center is walking distance to downtown dining, the Eagle Theatre, The Bowl outdoor amphitheater, and Splash Park as well as The Promenade with gas lanterns, water features, and public art.

Waterfall Room
Monday – Thursday Rates

  • Resident fee: $100 per hour for both rooms or $50 per hour for one room
  • Non-resident fee: $125 per hour for both rooms or $75 per hour for one room
  • AV, prep kitchen, tables, and chairs are included with rental
  • $500 refundable deposit

Friday – Sunday Rates

  • Resident fee: $125 per hour for both rooms or $75 per hour for one room
  • Non-resident fee: $150 per hour for both rooms or $100 per hour for one room
  • 2 hour minimum
  • AV, prep kitchen, tables, and chairs included with rental
  • $500 refundable deposit

Classrooms
Monday – Sunday

  • Used for classes, seminars, and meetings (NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED)
  • $80 per hour for both rooms or $40 per hour for one room
  • $500 refundable deposit

Waterfall Promenade
Monday – Sunday

  • Only available with the Waterfall Room rental
  • Private use of renter. Blocked off from the public during rented event times
  • $80 per hour
  • $500 refundable deposit

39th Street Station

  • Entire Building: Resident $150/hr Non-Resident $200/hr
  • Roundhouse or Pantograph Room: Resident $100/hr Non-Resident $150/hr

Pirkle Park

Pavilion Rental: $75 per hour plus deposit

Ridge Lake Park

  • All day pavilion rental fee: $75
