Judge Charles Lewis Barrett, III

Education:
Attended Georgia State College, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) 1967 & Emory University School of Law with a Doctor of Law (J. D.) in 1971. He was presented with the Frost Ward Lifetime Achievement Award by the Council of Municipal Court Judges on June 25, 2015 for his efforts in representing the Council during the Legislative sessions for eight years.
