Full-time Job Opportunity – Golf Course Superintendent

This is a management, exempt position in the Parks and Recreation Department. An incumbent in this class has significant operations and maintenance experience and training in the golf business. The superintendent oversees all turf grass/plant material maintenance programs, property/asset management, personnel management, budget/forecasting, financial management, member relations, scheduling/maintenance or irrigation systems, chemical applications, related record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Reporting to the City Manager through the Department Director, the Superintendent must be an energetic individual with an enthusiastic attraction to consistency while remaining open to innovation.

Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check, e-verify screening, have a satisfactory driving record, and pre-employment drug screening.
