The City of Sugar Hill is seeking a dedicated, highly motivated individual to serve as a Full-Time Passport Acceptance Agent in the Sugar Hill Customer Service Department. This position provides support to customers applying for a U.S. Passport.
This position delivers exceptional customer service by providing clients with assistance in completing the application for a U.S. Passport. The position will require you to keep and maintain accurate and detailed records of all completed Passports.
Ability to use a camera to take Passport Photos
Ability to process applications in a courteous and timely manner
Ability to file and maintain records of all completed passport transmittals
Ability to schedule and confirm appointments
Detail oriented and thorough
Work on special projects as assigned
Successful applicant must obtain certified passport agent training after employment.
