Due to a system upload error, some Sugar Hill Gas Utility account holders in Cycle 2 incorrectly received late notices.
We apologize for the mistake and would like to thank those that called City Hall regarding the error.
Our goal is to always be transparent and responsive to our customers. Accounts that are, in fact, past due, will receive new corrected notices in approximately two weeks.
