QUALIFYING FEES
CITY OF SUGAR HILL
MUNICIPAL ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that the City of Sugar Hill will be holding a General Election on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 for three City Council Posts. The Qualifying fee for this election is hereby set at $108.00 for City Council which is 3% of the total gross salary of the offices in the preceding calendar year. The election will be held to fill the following posts: Council Post 1 currently held by Mason Roszel, City Council Post 2 currently held by Marc Cohen and City Council Post 3 currently held by Jennifer Thatcher. This notice is given to satisfy the requirements of O.C.G.A. § Sec 21-2-131(a)(l)(A).

DE SUGAR HILL ELECCIONS MUNICIPALES
Se da este aviso que la Ciudad de Sugar Hill tendra una Elecci6n General el Martes 7 de Noviembre de 2023 para tres puestos del Concejo Municipal. La tarifa de calificacion para esta elecci6n se establece en $108.00 para el Concejo Municipal, que es el 3% del salario bruto total de los cargos en el afio calendario anterior. La elecci6n se llevara a cabo para cubrir los siguientes puestos: Puesto 1 del Concejo que actualmente ocupa Mason Roszel, Puesto 2 del Concejo Municipal que actualmente ocupa Marc Cohen y Puesto 3 del Concejo Municipal que actualmente ocupa Jennifer Thatcher. Este aviso se proporciona para satisfacer los requisitos de O.C.G.A. § Sec. 21-2-131 (a)(l )(A).
