- Free parking is available in the E Center deck (accessible via West Broad Street) below the
building, along Broad Street, and in the City Hall parking deck. Additional overflow parking is

- Monday-Saturday, 7:00 am-9 pm
Sunday, 12 pm-6 pm - Are there hours of open play in the gym?
- The gym is available for open play:
Mon – Sat 7:00am – 9pm & Sun Noon – 6pm

The cost for use of the gym during open play is $2/person.

- Sugar Hill E Center
Sugar Hill’s award-winning E Center offers a variety of spaces for special events, meetings, workshops, and sports events. Located in the heart of downtown Sugar Hill, the E Center is close to downtown dining, the Eagle Theatre, Bowl amphitheater, and splash pad as well as a brick promenade with gas lanterns, water features, and public art.Waterfall Room
Monday – Thursday Rates
- Resident fee: $100 per hour for both rooms or $50 per hour for one room
- Non-resident fee: $125 per hour for both rooms or $75 per hour for one room
- AV, prep kitchen, tables, and chairs are included with rental
- $500 refundable deposit
Friday – Sunday Rates
- Resident fee: $125 per hour for both rooms or $75 per hour for one room
- Non-resident fee: $150 per hour for both rooms or $100 per hour for one room
- 2 hour minimum
- AV, prep kitchen, tables, and chairs included with rental
- $500 refundable deposit
Classrooms
Monday – Sunday
- Used for classes, seminars, and meetings (NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED)
- $80 per hour for both rooms or $40 per hour for one room
- $500 refundable deposit
Waterfall Promenade
Monday – Sunday
- Only available with the Waterfall Room rental
- Private use of renter. Blocked off from the public during rented event times
- $80 per hour

Gary Pirkle Park
Gary Pirkle Park is located at 6195 Austin Garner Road and features 9 acres of synthetic turf fields, 1.7 miles of asphalt pathways, 6 creek crossing bridges, sports lighting, lighted pathways, a unique pavilion playground facility, 3 picnic pavilions, and 2 concession/restroom facilities. Rental rates differ for each area of the park.Pavilion: $75 per hour plus deposit
Football, Soccer & James Avery Turf Fields – $75 per hour plus $25 per hour with lights
Mini & Sweet Turf Fields are $25 per hour plus $25 per hour with lights
