Happy 83rd Birthday, Sugar Hill! On March 24, we’re celebrating the city’s birthday with cake, balloons and our favorite mascot, Eddy the Eagle. Join us from 5 – 7 p.m. at the Sugar Hill History Museum for a historic tour presented by the Historic Preservation Society. Join Brandon Hembree and Kathryn Baskin as they tour downtown with fun facts about our sweet 83 year-old city.
Be sure to enter our raffle! Hosted by Youth Council member, Bailey Coleman, donate hygiene products at one of our drop-off locations then submit your name into our birthday raffle to win a limited-edition Sugar Hill t-shirt. The donation drive begins on March 17 – March 24. Drop-off boxes are located at City Hall near Customer Service, the E Center reception desk, the Sugar Hill Art Gallery & History Museum.
Donated physical products will go to the North Gwinnett Co-Op and monetary donations will go to the United Way – United for Ukraine. For monetary donations, please submit proof of donation to communications@cityofsugarhill.com. Raffle winners will be announced and notified on March 24 at the Sugar Hill Birthday Celebration.
