Please fill out this interest form if you would like to participate in the Costume or Pet Costume Contest at the Sugar Rush Arts Festival. The Pet Costume Contest will take place on Saturday, October 15 at 12:30 p.m. and the Halloween Costume Contest will be on Sunday, October 16 at 2 p.m.
