Public Project Construction Update – April 2026

Highway 20 Pedestrian Bridge Bridge design, permitting and bid phases are complete.  The contract has been awarded to Ohmshiv Construction, LLC. Recently, construction of  the pier tops was started and they should be completed  by the end of the week. Work is nearing completion on MSE wall 2 at the end of the ramp. The next major part of the project, installing the span beams over Hwy 20, is scheduled for the middle of May during the overnight hours.
