Members in attendance were chair Kerry Murphy, vice chair Donna McKinney, Drew Dylan, Marc Cohen, Terence Mulligan, Joyce Cutchins and Tiffany Cole. Kristina Jaunais,
Chandra Brandel, and Barry Palmer were also in attendance

- Updates
- Doodle Wall – Drew Dylan – Wall repaired will prime soon
- Drop Cloths? – Undetermined, Lanier can bring
- Thank you to Home Depot, Lowes, and Golden Artist Colors
- Show to go from November 1 – December 15th. Reception November 20th 6-7:30
- Tiny Gallery and Create Station – Donna McKinney – activities planned, gallery nearly complete, Barry Palmer to Prime. Community effort to paint
- Selfie Wall – Chandra Brandel and Barry Palmer
- Barry received a donation for steel, OHW contributed paint for the frame
- Marc OKed to construct frame and placement of frame
- Chandra is working on letters
- Juried Art Show – Nicole Klein and Joyce Cutchins
- Two Jurors selected. Payments are being received.
- Poster Contest – Kerry Murphy and Marc Cohen
- Winner selected
- Kerry Murphy to contact screen printer
- Art Scavenger Hunt – Kristina Jaunais and Tiffany Cole
- Nicole Klein to provide plastic bags and labels

- Need to build out Monthly Shows into next year
- Will fill gaps into June
- Planning Commission Presence at Sugar Rush
- ARC meeting pending – need to get buy in from community on pedestrian bridge and greenway
