Members in attendance were Chair Donna McKinney, Tiffany Cole, Drew Dylan, Terence Mulligan, and Staff Liaison Nicole Klein

         3. Donna McKinney to find potential craft demonstrators
         4. Big Roll of Butcher Paper and long table instead of Doodle Wall
         5. Sand sculpture

         1. Small Works Show to take place of juried art show
            1. Combo invitational/ application?
         2. DISCUSSION
            1. New Gallery ideas
               1. Artist of the month
                  1. Rename, rebrand, revamp

• More group shows, more installations, more ephemera/ events

1. Small works corner/ museum shop corner
2. 20 percent commission to start seems amenable to commission
   1. Nicole will create artist contract prior to opening of new gallery
