OFFICIAL NOTICE: 2026 PROPERTY TAX BILLS
The City of Sugar Hill would like to inform property owners that 2026 property tax bills are now available.
Property owners are encouraged to review their tax bills carefully and submit payment by December 20, 2026, to avoid applicable penalties and interest.

- Review your property tax bill for accuracy.
- Verify that any applicable exemptions are reflected.
- Confirm your payment due date.
- If your taxes are paid through a mortgage escrow account, please verify payment arrangements with your mortgage company.
