I. Mural Status gone over
II. Benson Cemetery cleanup nearly complete
I. S. Cohen received VA request
II. Plantings done, no signage yet
III. Will have a presentation from S. Cohen to City council and SHHPS
IV. Additional Benson information regarding the families sent via email
V. Rubbings of graves brought in for viewing
III. Sugar Rush
I. Coloring contest for ages 0-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12 $120 approved for prizes
II. Adrenaline climbing, silver backs park, Everland, Chic fil all potential donation or
purchased prizes
III. #whereisenochbenson tee shirts, start running press releases now
IV. 11-3 booth time
V. Karen, Erin and Brandon to volunteer plus some potential high schoolers Aly knows.
IV. Cemetery tours
I. Run through October 26th – Chris and Brandon are guides. Approximately 45 min.

III. Sat October 29th tour date, 7:30 start then two more times after
