2. PUBLIC HEARING – AX-24-003 – Hillside Holdings, LLC, 5871 Hillside Farm Road and 545 Riverside Road, Tax Parcel IDs: R7-339-121 and R7-339-057. Presently zoned Single Family Residential in Gwinnett County (R100) and Agriculture/Residence in Gwinnett County (RA200). Proposed annexation and rezoning to General Business (BG) for a brewpub, event facility, and chapel. Buffer Reductions are requested for parcels 7-339-121 and 7-339-057. A special use permit for an event facility is requested.
