Together, we can celebrate a leader, a legend, and an extraordinary public servant and family man. Wayne, born and raised in Sugar Hill, along with his wife, his three children, nine grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren, all proudly went through the Gwinnett County School system, enriching our community’s educational legacy. Wayne has also been a cherished member of the Family Church in Sugar Hill, originally known as Sugar Hill Baptist Church, where he has been an integral part of our spiritual community.
