SPEAKER – Brian Boggs, CPRP – Gwinnett County Cultural and Historic Interpretation Program Supervisor

A native to Gwinnett County, Brian Boggs attended high school here in Gwinnett County until moving to Atlanta to attend Georgia State University. Upon receiving his degree in history, he returned to Gwinnett County where he volunteered with the Gwinnett Historical Society. After assisting with the historical society, he accepted a position assisting with rentals at the historic sites Gwinnett County operates. Currently, Brian is the Program Supervisor for Interpretative Resources in the Department of Community Services. In this role he assists in the upkeep and interpretation of the historic assets in Gwinnett County. In his personal life, Brian lives in Buford with his fiancé and 4 cats. His personal interests involve gardening and culinary adventures.
