Development Authority

The Sugar Hill Development Authority meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. All meetings will be held at the Sugar Hill Community Room in City Hall.

The Development Authority does business as the City of Sugar Hill RiverLands Authority, consisting of a seven-member board appointed by City Council to preserve and provide low impact access to some of the city’s most diverse and sensitive greenspace.
