All Sugar Hill city offices and services will close early Tuesday, January 21 due to inclement winter weather. City services will resume Wednesday, January 22 at 10 a.m. Parks and facilities, including the E Center, the Sugar Hill Golf Course, the Sugar Hill Greenway, Gary Pirkle Park, Gold Mine Park, and Ridge Lake Park, are also closed until Wednesday, January 22 at 10 a.m. The Planning Commission meeting scheduled for tonight has been canceled and will be rescheduled at a later date.
Low temperatures, snow, and black ice will make roads hazardous, especially overnight as temperatures drop below freezing. Please stay safe and exercise caution during this time.
Waste Management Service Announcement: City of Sugar Hill residents, Waste Management has informed the city of the following message, “Due to current weather conditions across the US, there may be weather alerts for your service area. We recommend checking your pickup and schedule alerts to use our self-service tools for real-time updates on collection services or pick-up days. Stay safe.”
