Pin Up Show Call for Art – July 16 through August 2, 2026
The Sugar Hill Arts Commission invites artists to apply for the first ever Pin Up Show, held at the Sugar Hill Gallery in downtown Sugar Hill. This unique exhibit will feature original artwork designed for simple display using push pins, offering an accessible and creative experience for both artists and visitors.

How to Apply
Artists interested in participating should review the guidelines below and prepare their artwork for in person submission. All artwork is subject to review and approval by the Sugar Hill Arts Commission prior to being accepted into the show. There is no entry fee to participate. Artists may submit up to two original pieces for consideration.

Submission Guidelines
• All artistic media are accepted
• Artists may submit up to two artworks
• Artwork must be original
• Maximum size is 24 x 24 x 4 inches, including frames or mats
• Artwork must be able to hang on the wall using no more than four standard push pins
• All artwork must be priced at $500 or less
• Artist name must be clearly displayed on the front or back of each piece

A 15 percent commission will be retained by the Sugar Hill Arts Commission for any artwork sold during the exhibit.

Important Dates

Drop off will take place on July 16 from 11 A.M. to 6 P.M. at the Sugar Hill Gallery. Artists who need special accommodation for drop off should email Nicole Klein (nklein@cityofsugarhill.com) at least one week in advance.

The exhibit will be on display from July 16 through August 2, 2026.

An artist reception will be held on July 31 from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.

Artwork pick up will begin on July 31 at 8 P.M., with additional pick up times available on August 1 and August 2 from 1 P.M. to 4 P.M.
