The City of Sugar Hill, Georgia (the “CITY”) is now accepting sealed price proposals from qualified vendors for a supplemental study under the 2020 Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) grant program. The CITY is soliciting proposals from qualified applicants to plan for the extension of the Sugar Hill Greenway, feasibility analysis for crossing over Highway 20 and other improvements to pedestrian infrastructure and amenities along Highway 20. Instructions for preparation and submission of a response are contained in the full RFP package. All submittals are due in the office of the Planning Director located at 5039 West Broad St, Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518, no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 31, 2020
