RFP 24-008 Riverlands Master Plan

The City of Sugar Hill is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide professional planning services associated with a master plan of the Sugar Hill Riverlands. The Riverlands Master Plan will be managed by the City of Sugar Hill Development Authority, doing business as the Riverlands Authority. The Riverlands Master Plan shall incorporate different use options best suited to the land and project as a whole and should align with the Authority’s goals of stewarding natural resources, promoting economic growth, and building community.

Instructions for preparation and submission of a response are contained in the full text of the RFP (link provided). All submittals are due at the office of planning & development located at 5039 West Broad Street, Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518, no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5th, 2024.
