E Center.  Red Clay Interactive (RCI), a local marketing firm, has completed their buildout and are waiting to schedule move-in.  Installation of a new epoxy floor coating for the common areas of the entire building is nearing the finish line with another coat, polishing, wall base and cleanup to complete the new look.  In addition, New South Construction will be completing leak repairs on the eastern upper pool fountain in the next few weeks. New South is waiting on the special order mortar color to be delivered.

New flooring in the E Center

Veterans Memorial Relocation.  There are a few replacement items the general contractor is waiting on to close out the contract.  Several warranty items have been corrected and the fountain, eternal flame, and other systems are working properly.

2019 Bowl Improvements.  Project has been closed out.

Sugar Hill Greenway.  Work continued this month on the Peachtree Industrial portion (Phase 1B) of the greenway with curb and gutter and storm pipe installation underway.  The plans for the balance of Phase 1 is currently on the City Council agenda for consideration of a construction contract in July.  This project is funded through a combination of city and county SPLOST funds by way of an intergovernmental agreement.

Sugar Hill Greenway – Phase 1B (PIB Portion)

Sugar Hill Greenway – Phase 1 Award is on the July City Council agenda.

 Gary Pirkle Park Field Expansion.  Project is scheduled for construction contract award at the July City Council meeting.  Notice to proceed is expected to be issued in early August and scheduling will be coordinated with the various user groups, leagues, and programming.

Art/History Room Buildout at Broadstone. The project is currently out for bid.

Level Creek / Alton Tucker. Right-of-way acquisition is underway and will parallel the final construction and bid documents phase.

Gold Mine Park.  Project is ready for the bid phase.
