Invitation to Bid: Peachtree Industrial Blvd East & Spring Hill Dr Sidewalk Projects (IFB 25-012)

The City of Sugar Hill is requesting sealed unit price bids for its Peachtree Industrial Blvd East & Spring Hill Dr Sidewalk Projects. Work includes, but is not limited to:

• Installation of approximately 2,282 linear feet of new sidewalk
• GDOT guardrail installation
• New traffic signal loop
• Stormwater infrastructure
• Clearing, grading, traffic control, and final stabilization

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 18th, 2025. at Sugar Hill City Hall (5039 W Broad St NE, Sugar Hill, GA 30518). Questions must be submitted by 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 25th, 2025. via email at shayes@fdc-llc.com and gathearn@fdc-llc.com. Submissions must be received at City Hall by 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025. Detailed instructions for obtaining bid documents, prequalification requirements, and submission guidelines can be found in the full IFB 25-012 document linked below.

All bidders should note that the City of Sugar Hill will ensure minority business enterprises are provided full opportunity to submit bids. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities.
