Public Projects Construction Update – March 11th

E Center.  Red Clay (RCI) is preparing to resubmit for a permit for their office buildout in spaces 209 and 211.  Construction on the RCI space is expected to begin later this month.  New South’s sub-contractor has been onsite several times in February to continue reworking the waterproofing on the lower pools.  The remaining scope …...
