Sealed bids will be received by the City of Sugar Hill pursuant to the provisions of O.C.G.A. 36-91-21 for a General Contract to furnish and install all materials, labor and equipment necessary for the Construction of the Gary Pirkle Park Field Improvements project located at 6195 Austin Garner Road, Sugar Hill, GA 30518.
Bids will be received by the City of Sugar Hill at 5039 West Broad Street, Sugar Hill, GA 30518, no later than 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, May 28, 2020. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this location at 10:10 a.m. local time (in History Museum Room). Any bid received after 10:00 a.m. local time on the bid opening date will not be considered by the OWNER. Bids will be evaluated by the OWNER and the project award is anticipated upon completion of this evaluation.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at the project site: Gary Pirkle Park-Austin Garner Road Entrance, Sugar Hill, GA 30518 (34o07’54.3”N 84o03’54.4”W). All interested Bidders are required to attend.
