Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Sugar Hill, Georgia for a Construction Manager at Risk Contract for the construction of the City of Sugar Hill City Hall located in Sugar Hill, Georgia.

Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Sugar Hill at City Hall, 4988 West Broad Street, Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518, no later than 2:00 PM local time, September 27, 2010.

Flood Plain Mapping Update

FEMA and the Georgia EPD are now starting a new project to look at the flooding areas of the Upper Chattahoochee River basin, from Buford Dam to Coweta County.  This is a great opportunity to learn about FEMA's Flood Plain Mapping process (including Risk assessment, planning and mapping), find out where the current flood plain currently is, and a chance to voice your opinion.  More information
