Riverlands Master Plan

The Riverlands Master Plan will guide programming and development for the Sugar Hill Riverlands. The Plan will be designed utilizing public input, market data, and programming analyses. The Sugar Hill Riverlands Authority manages the Sugar Hill Riverlands.

The Sugar Hill Riverlands consists of approximately 160 acres of land north and south of Cumming Highway.

The Riverlands Master Plan will seek to create a balance of both commercial and recreational uses for the best activation of this area. Approximately 90% of the land is currently allocated for recreation and greenspace with the remainder being for retail, hospitality, and/or office developments.
