Important Waste Management Updates: Due to the c Important Waste Management Updates:

Due to the continued challenges posed by the ongoing labor shortage, higher operating costs, and the need to boost efficiency in its operations Waste Management, our solid waste vendor has made changes to services and costs, effective October 1 and November 1, 2022.

Please visit city's website (link in bio) for detailed information regarding these changes. We understand the frustration this may cause for bag service customers and that there will be a cost increase going to cart service. As such, we have worked with Waste Management to investigate other alternatives like an optional smaller-sized cart. We are hopeful that in the future two sizes of carts will be available, but simply isn’t an option at this time.

All questions and/or concerns regarding billing, service, etc. should be addressed to Waste Management Customer Service (404-794-6707). To set up service, pay online, receive service alerts, manage your account, or request special services, please visit https://www.wm.com/

Join us this Friday, June 24 from 5 – 9 p.m.

The Splash Park is tucked behind City Hall and borders a large outdoor plaza just above The Bowl with tables, umbrellas, and plenty of turf to spread out a picnic blanket.

Help North Gwinnett Co-Op as we partner with the organization to collect school supplies for the 2022 – 2023 school year. Please bring your donations with you to Splash Night. Each year, the North Gwinnett Co-Op gives away new book bags filled with age-appropriate school supplies to vetted families living in the Buford, Sugar Hill & Suwanee communities. In 2021, the Co-Op prepared 762 children for the school year and the organization is preparing to help as many children this summer at their annual Book Bag Bash on Saturday, July 23.
